Information we collect
Account information (name, email) handled by our authentication provider; business information you enter (services, FAQs, hours); and conversations, leads and appointment requests submitted through your chat widget.
How we use information
To operate the service: generating AI receptionist replies from your business information, showing your dashboard, sending notifications you enable, and processing subscription payments.
AI processing
Messages sent to the receptionist are processed by a third-party large language model provider through our servers to generate replies. API keys are stored server-side only.
Data isolation
Each business workspace can only access its own data. Every server request is checked against your workspace membership.
Sensitive information
The receptionist is instructed not to ask for payment cards, passwords or government IDs. Please don't use ReceptionAI to collect such data.
Retention and deletion
You can export your workspace data or permanently delete your account and all associated data from Settings at any time.
