The service
ReceptionAI provides an AI chat receptionist, dashboards and related tools for businesses on a subscription basis.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of the business information you provide, for reviewing and confirming appointment requests, and for following laws that apply to your business and your customers.
AI limitations
AI replies may occasionally be incomplete or wrong. The receptionist is designed to use only your information, but you should review conversations regularly.
Subscriptions
Paid plans renew monthly until canceled. Trials end automatically after 7 days. Usage limits apply per plan.
Acceptable use
Don't use the service to send spam, collect sensitive data unlawfully, or impersonate others.
Termination
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Changes
We may update these terms; we'll notify account owners of material changes.
